Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Intensive Care Unit experience within the past 12 months.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Indiana license or compact license

ACLS (Required)

No Travel Pairs.

Required Skills/Experience: ICU experience, comprehensive assessment skills, Care of septic patient, Care of mechanically ventilated patient with hemodynamic monitoring devices.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Skillset: CRRT

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend Hours: Every other Weekend Commitment (Friday/Saturday nights). Call Requirements: NA.

Floating Requirements: Floating required to other in patient areas when home unit is low census.
