Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

12 months of Psychiatric Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

BSN completion preferred

References

Candidates must provide 3 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Massachusetts license

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

Includes every other weekend.

One year of adult and adolescent inpatient psych experience required.

Must be willing to float and take charge. (No multiplier for charge).

Previous psychiatric / substance inpatient experience preferred.

Restraint Reduction de-escalation / crisis intervention experience preferred.

Shift: 3p-11:30p every other weekend/every other holiday); charge required (considered to be included in all-inclusive rate).

Guaranteed Hours: 40

Must be willing to float to similar or lower acuity units if needed and work E/O holiday and E/O weekend.
