Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Occupational Therapy experience within the past 12 months.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.

Required skills and experience: 1-3 years. Outpatient orthopedics, neurological.

Required credentials: Entry level for OT. Bachelors, Masters, or OTD.

Shift & schedule requirements: M-Th 7:30-5, Fri 8-12. 1 weekend on call/month. Holidays: not scheduled, on call if on call adjacent weekend. On call/Call Back: Can be low censused and put on call. Call back minimum is 2 hours.

Floating requirements: Primarily outpatient clinic, occasionally floated up to hospital to help cover inpatient caseload if outpatient cancels occur

Special request requirements: During flu season, any traveler who declines flu and COVID vaccination is required to wear a mask at all times. This is an Aspirus policy, and compliance is mandatory (No exceptions). Failure to follow the policy may result in corrective action
