Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

12 months of travel experience is preferred from any number of months.

24 months of Oncology Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Connecticut license

Additional Details:

Administers chemotherapy and bone marrow/stem cell transplants/Car-T therapy;

provides supportive care for hematologic population.

2 year(s) Will take 1.5 years exp IF from a level 1 trauma center, large hospital

ONS certification is required as these nurses must be able to administer chemotherapy/biotherapy agents.

Scrub Color = Royal Blue.

Types of patients: leukemia/lymphoma/multiple myeloma patients.

Patient Diagnoses: Hematology / Stem Cell Transplant

Every Other Weekend
