Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

6 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.

Must have at least 60 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience within the past 12 months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Illinois license

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience:

• Multi-Specialty Lab

• High experience in EP\Cath\IR

• Will Have Conscious Sedation

Preferred Skills/Experience: CCU/ER Background

Special Requests: Candidates should be able to start within 2 to 3 weeks of offer.

Shift & Scheduling:

• With rotating day off.

• Weekend Rotation: Rotating on call (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

• On-Call Requirements: 8-10 days per month; including one weekend; Call back time 30 minutes.

• Holidays Requirements: As Needed
