Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

12 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.

60 months of Post Anesthesia Care Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Seasonal Flu Vaccine is required if working during flu season (September 15-April 30th).

Must be fully vaccinated (exemptions are reviewed on a very limited basis).

No Block Scheduling for any Travelers at Salem.

(2x10s and 2x8s (or 3x12s)

With occasional wknds, one every 6-7 weeks

Call commitment and 2 nights a month 12:00pm-6:30am

Brief Unit Description: Post Anesthesia Care, General Surgery, Thoracic Surgery, Plastic Surgery, Vascular Surgery, Orthopedics, Urology, Gynecology.

Patient Population: Pediatrics, Adult and Geriatric.

Rotating Shifts Required: Primarily Evening shift. May need to rotate to an occasional Day shift
