Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 24 months of Emergency Department experience within the past 12 months.
References

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Good patient experience skills with pts/families, critical care.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Fast paced ED, experience with strokes, STEMI’s and trauma.

Required Credentials: Required Education: RN no less then 2 years.

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: Common Diagnosis/Treatment: Everything.

Types of Patients on Unit: Patient Population: Birth to death.

Equipment Used on Unit: Critical Care equipment.

Unit/Facility Details: Number of Beds: 32

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend Hours: rotate every other. Call Requirements: push back hours depending on census.

Floating Requirements: Helping hands in areas they have competencies.
