Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 24 months of Physical Therapy experience within the past 12 months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Required Skills/Experience: 2-3 years of experience. Outpatient Physical Therapy
Required Credentials: Graduate of Accredited PT program
Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: Orthopedic patient majority of case load and some neuro.
