Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 24 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience within the past 3 years.
Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
License
Candidates must have a Illinois license

STABLE (Required)
Advanced AWHONN FHM (Preferred)
Intermediate AWHONN FHM (Preferred)

Block Schedules: No

Shift & Scheduling: 3x12hrs and 4x12hrs accepted

No call requirements. Required to work 1 Friday, 1 Saturday, 1 Sunday shift on every 4-week schedule. They do not have to be consecutive unless desired.

Weekend Coverage: Every Other Weekend

Pre-Approved Time Off: 1 Request

Floating Requirements: Float between labor and mother/baby or as sitter on other units
