Required credentials: You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing. RNs will be required to take a pass/fail Tele exam during orientation. Passing score is an 80%. Most RNs are only allowed 1 attempt. If they do not pass, they will be dismissed and canceled from their assignment. Government issued photo ID. Drivers License/State ID
Shift & schedule requirements: M-F. No weekends or holidays.
Unit and facility details: Outpatient infusion room that administers chemo and non-chemo therapy infusions.
