Looking for a Home Dialysis RN with experience with NxStage HHD machines to work in a Dialysis Den .Four 9-hour shifts per week, Monday–Friday (typically between the hours of 0730–1700, with some flexibility based on visit schedules)
- • Call requirements: Yes, rotating phone triage after hours and
weekends - • Weekends: Extremely Rare, only as needed for urgent follow-up
- • Home visits/patients per day: Typically 1–3, depending on acuity and geography
- • Float expectations: Primarily dedicated to home patients; may occasionally assist with in-clinic training. No floating to another unit UNLESS they have HD experience and we have a need and they want extra hours.
- • Skills/certs required: RN license, home dialysis experience required (PD and/or HHD). Strong patient education and training skills are essential.
Minimum experience: At least 1 year of dialysis nursing, with prior home dialysis experience required.
