Required Skills/Experience: Accepting 1 year of LEVEL III, in lieu of 2 full years of LEVEL IV (so as long as they have 1 full year of LEVEL IV)
Experience with post-op patients, g-tubes, trach/vents management, various modes of invasive/noninvasive ventilation.
Traveler must have completed two years in an acute care setting in addition to at least one year in a level IV NICU or level III NICU meeting above requirements.
Traveler must have Basic Arrhythmia experience
IV therapy, UAC (Umbilical Artery Catheter), UVC (Umbilical Vein Catheter), Medications/Emergency Medications, Anti-Seizure Medications, Antibiotics/Antivirals, Neonatal Dosage Calculations, Blood glucose monitoring, Hyperbilirubinemia, Phototherapy, Breastfeeding Support/Handling of Breast Milk, Feedings (bottle, breast, gavage), Patient/family teaching, Phlebotomy, Dysrhythmia Interpretation/Management, Invasive Hemodynamic monitoring, Telemetry - on the unit monitoring, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Oxygen Delivery Systems, Suctioning (ETT, NT), Tracheostomy care/management, Ventilator management (AC/PC/SIMV/CPAP/BIPAP/PEEP), Isolation Precautions, Neonatal Sepsis, Sepsis Work Up, Neonates > 34 weeks, Neonates 29–34 weeks, NICU III, NICU IV, Level IV experience hard stop.

Required Credentials: Traveler will be required to pass Telemetry test prior to being cleared to start.
Unit/Facility Details: Parking: Permit required through UW Transportation if parking onsite
Shift & Scheduling: 7:00pm-7:30am.
Monday through Friday, required to work 2-3 weekends per 6-week scheduling period.
Will accept up to 26 weeks.
Floating Requirements: All AFCH units including PICU.
