Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required from last 3 months.

24 months of Cardiovascular Operating Room experience is required from last 3 months.

6 months of experience with Epic is required from last 12 months.

License

Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

NIHSS (Required)

ACLS (Required)

Vaccinations

RNs only - Must have have graduated from an accredited nursing school.

RNs only- Will draw own labs- must have 2+ years or recent experience in drawing blood

5x8 hr days or 4x10 hr days start at 7:00am or may start at 6:30am on flex days

On call required one day a week - after shift to 7:00am the next morning

CVOR required experience Heart and Vascular experience required Endoscopy experience recommended
