Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

24 months of Operating Room experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

Experience with Epic is required from last 12 months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a New York license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Additional Information

Additional Details:

Assignment for 16-32 weeks

OR RN: Floating required.

A minimum every other weekend but will work them as needed.

On call is once every 3rd-4th weekend and 1 night per week.

Travelers must work 2 out of the 3 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas/Christmas Eve, and New Years Day/Eve.

Circulating required, scrub experience preferred.

Additional Information: • IVS to OFFER • Monday to Sunday • No block schedules for any reason
• Bi-weekly orientations on Monday, next available is 12/29 • Please ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained • This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit
