Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

24 months of Neurologic Intensive Care Unit experience is preferred with some in the last 24 months.

6 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 6 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Indiana license or compact license

Vaccinations

COVID vaccination required. Medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Years of experience req: 2 years continuous exp in ICU, Neuro exp preferred

Required to take an on-site Pass/Fail EKG exam

Every other weekend required

Orientation Hours: 24

Patient Age Groups: Adults

Daily Census: 12 - 16

Brain Lesions
Spinal Injury
Seizure
Cardiac arrest

Special Procedures/Unit Details:

EVD
Lumbar Drain

RTO: No holidays. Must be listed on the profile

Former perm employees must be separated from any CHS facility for at least 6 months

BLS, ACLS - RQI Acceptable
