Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 24 months of Emergency Department experience within the past 3 years.
High School completion required
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

  • Required Skills/Experience:

  • Experience: Advancement from CN I or a minimum of one (1) year continuous recent experience in a comparable patient care setting.

  • Clinical competency in primary specialty and a minimum of one (1) float area required within one year of attaining CN II status.

  • Required Credentials:

  • Emergency Behavior Management Certification is required either through TEAM or BERT

  • High school diploma or equivalent required Graduate of an accredited professional nursing program. Completes annual educational requirements.

Preferred Skills/Experience: BSN

Shift & Scheduling: Shifts are varied, but typically 3, 12 hour shifts 7am - 7:30pm, or 7:00pm to 7:30am, and on call night shifts
