Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.
Required Skills/Experience: Must have 1 year of licensed experience in acute inpatient or rehab experience.
Types of Patients on Unit: Ortho-total joints, neuro- strokes, occasional brain injuries, don't see TBI; medical, and General ICU.
Unit Details: Acute Inpatient and Swing Bed.
Shift & Scheduling: May need to cover holidays.
Floating Requirements: Areas to cover - Acute Inpatient and Swing Bed. When census is low they will float to Magic Valley Medical Center.
Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: The facility may make one off exceptions if previously employed at the facility, but exceptions must be approved by St. Luke’s Health System
