Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

36 months of Emergency Department experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Michigan license

Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 72 biweekly

Shift Requirements:12hr Variables

Shift start and end times: 7a-7p, and 7p-7a

Float Requirements (campuses and/or units): Float to ICU and Med Surg.

On Call/Call Back Requirements: No

Weekend/Holiday Rotation Requirements: Rotating weekends and holidays

Years of Experience in specialty: 5 years strongly preferred.

Generally will see geriatric patients with CHF or COPD, Diabetic Ketoacidosis, Trauma patients, Stroke patients, Cardio-respiratory emergencies, COVID patients, pediatric patients and other general medical concerns.

Certifications: AACN required

Required Education: Associate Degree or Certificate
