Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 24 months of Outpatient Clinic experience with 12 months within the past 3 months.
BSN completion preferred
3 months of experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Oregon license

BLS (Required)

Required Skills/Experience: Wound care/management experience.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Home health experience. Hospital or physician's office experience.

Required Credentials: BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS.

Unit/Facility Details: This department provides comprehensive consultative, diagnostic, and therapeutic treatment for chronic or non-healing wounds, which are defined as sores or wounds that have not significantly improved from conventional treatments. Typically, a wound that does not respond to normal medical care within 30 days is considered a problem or chronic wound.

Special Requests: Facilities are not accepting holiday RTO at this time - no holiday RTO requests will be allowed for submission. You can discuss with leadership once onsite for consideration.

Shift & Scheduling: Must be able to start within 4 weeks of receiving an offer.

Floating Requirements: Travelers may float at any time between units and mid-shift to meet the needs of the patients and Client Facilities.
