Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 24 months of Occupational Therapy experience.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:
Required Credentials: Bachelors or masters degree in occupational therapy from an American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) or the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (AOTE) certified school.
Unit / Facility: Inpatient/Swing, Outpatient, Extended Care Unit
Shift & Scheduling: Flexible for 4-10's or 5-8's. Department is open from 7a-6pm.
