Additional Details:
It is Cath/EP. We will want an RT(R). We would prefer not to have a CVT who is RCIS at this time. If the RT(R) has RCIS, great but not required.
On Call: yes. 1-3 days a week and every 3rd weekend
Weekend Requirement: no
Clinician to Patient Ratio Experience: 1:3
Orientation Hours: 8
Patient Age Groups: Adults
Daily Census: 5-8
Patient Diagnoses: Cardiac Cases requiring Cath - high risk PCI's are transferred out. Electrophysiology cases - implants and ablations. Either Specialty Cert Accepted.
RTO - All time off must be included at the time of submission, RTO CANNOT be added after submittal
Northwestern Medicine AND any of its acquired facilities MUST be included on employment history\
Current and valid Driver’s License or Government Photo ID with address preferred, but highly recommended by client to have on file.
