Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Speech-Language Pathology experience.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a license

BLS (Required)

CCC-SLP (Required)

LSVT (Preferred)

Additional Details:

Required Skills / Experience: 2 years experience in Outpatient. Experience in swallow/speech/cognitive-linguistic evaluations, FEES, laryngectomy, head and neck cancer/lymphedema

Preferred Credentials: LSVT LOUD Certification. OCS

Unit / Facility Details: Outpatient Speech Therapy

Shift & Scheduling: Will work 40 hours week between the hours of: M-TH, 7:30am-7pm and Fridays 7:30am-4:30pm. Variable start time 7:30/8/10:30AM. 2 evenings required. Minor holidays are required
