Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Travel experience is required from any number of months.
Must have at least 24 months of Infusion Center experience.
Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Connecticut license or compact license

ONS (Required)
Vaccinations
COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: CVD (PICC/Port access) management, good Peripheral IV skills required.
Required Credentials: ONCC or INS.
Shift & Scheduling: Monday - Friday; Minor Holidays.
Floating Requirements: May cross-cover in the Cancer Center infusion suite, AACU and Cancer Center Infusion, Based on RN need/patient.
