Med/Tele/PCU - Required

Guaranteed Hours: 36

Weekend: Every Other

First to float

Must have PCU experience and be able to read strips

PCU level care overflow on the unit 1/3

Patient Population: Adult and Geriatrics

Patient Types / Common Diagnosis: Cardiac caths, EP studies, pacers, and ETOH, Covid Bipap, occasional general surgical with heart history, medical patients with cardiac history, penumonia covid, acute on chronic conditions, influenza, sepsis

Required:

Tele/ cardiac RN wanted with PCU experience

RN to read and interpret Tele strips

Manager to make schedule

Will consider block schedules based on unit needs

Holiday: Every Other

Floating Requirements: All areas as helping hands, PCU for full patient load of PCU, MS for full patient assignment, some ER Holds/ boarding

Dress Code: Scrubs - Any Color

Orientation: 2- 12 hour shifts, Friday and Saturday of first week of orientation and on own by that Sunday

Candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity

RTO needed upfront. Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions
