Guaranteed Hours 36
Weeknight/Call Requirements: 1 night per week; from end of shift to beginning of shift the next day.
Holiday/Call Requirements: May be asked to go into Holiday call rotation
What is call response time: 30 mins
Floating Requirements: Not typical; could be asked to float to another sister facility Nampa and Meridian in specialty or as a sitter (rarely happens).
Suites: 3 procedural suite; support main OR, CVOR, and ICU- perform procedures in these areas
Common Cases: Patient Population: Peds- Geriatrics. EGD, Coloscopy, foreign bodies, impactions, ERCPs with stent placement or removal, pancreatic biopsy, lung biopsy, spy glass, and more. Will work in collaboration with IR for some cases.
Required Duties: Primary duty is to scrub Endo cases. May be asked to assist in any areas within endoscopy unit. Prefer pediatric experience - may be asked to work with them. Prefer someone that is familiar with scope cleaning.
Experience or 'Must have' skills: Endo techs - must be MA, CNA, EMT, or CST certified. Must have inpatient- hospital endoscopy experience.
