Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Long Term Care experience.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Hawaii license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Shift & Scheduling Requirements: Varied shift scheduling of 8-hour shifts: Days 0730 - 1530, Evenings 1500 - 2330, and Nights 2300 – 0730. including weekends, holidays, OT rotation may be required. No guarantee of hours or shift preference.

Special Request Requirements: Must arrive the Thursday before start in order to go to employee health appointment on Friday. Please do not accept the start date offered if they cannot be there on time.

Unit and Facility Details: Long Term Care Facility on site of hospital.
