Requirements

Experience

18 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is required from any number of months.

Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience with 1 months within the past 12 months.

ASN completion required

References

Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a North Carolina license or compact license

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

Required Skills / Experience: PIV starts, experience with Dialysis catheter management, NG Tube placement/management, Pleurx drains, management of various surgical drains, chest tube management

Preferred Skills / Experience: Peritoneal Dialysis experience

Required Credentials: Education: ASN / BSN

Unit / Facility Details: Parking: Free

Shift & Scheduling: 36 or 48 hours are available.

On-Call / Call Back Requirements: None

Weekend Requirements: Every Other Weekend

Travelers will work 75% of holidays

**Floating Requirements: Region 1 - Cabarrus, University City, Stanly, Lake Norman, Central Division (CMC Main + Mercy + LCH (peds only) -- could float to any of the facilities within region if the need arises
