Schedule: Tues - Fri
Will you accept a first-time traveler? Yes, with at least 2-years’ experience with the required skills.
Patient Types: Inpatient and outpatient, Adult and occasionally pediatrics (outpatients/ED)
Clinician-to-patient: 1/1
Varies – average 4 patients/hour (40 patients per day)
Skills required: X-ray: Fluoroscopy experience required, surgery experience required, portable, trauma and diagnostic. O-arm experience is preferred. DEXA is a plus but not required.
Floating: If yes, where? Yes, throughout the hospital. (they would work in the main radiology department but in different areas of the department.)
Orientation (#hrs/shifts): 1 – 8-hour hospital orientation, 2-3 shifts on unit. (Dayshift w/another tech)
Weekend rotation: Yes, varies (typically once a month)
On call? If so, what is that schedule? Yes, but voluntary.
Holiday Expectations: Varies, per hospital policy
Schedule cycle: no self-scheduling; smart square
Parking: Free
No RTO will be approved during the following dates: Halloween Weekend: 10/30 - 11/3 Thanksgiving: 11/26 - 11/30 Christmas / New Year’s: 12/21 - 1/1
