Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

6 months of experience with Epic is required from last 12 months.

License

Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Additional Details:

Unit specializing in respiratory ailments and care.

We care for a variety of patients including trach and chronic ventilator patients.

Must have 2+ years of recent MS experience specializing in trach/chronic vent patients.

Summa does not accept block-scheduling requests.

We will automatically reject the candidate if they are requesting a block schedule.

RNs only - Must have have graduated from an accredited nursing school.

RNs only- Will draw own labs- must have 2+ years or recent experience in drawing blood

Interview Required. Please list days/times the nurse is available.

Resume must include epic experience within the last 12 months or candidates will not be considered.

RTO is due at the time of submission. Candidates with more than 7 days will automatically be rejected

Must be able to work every other weekend

Solid black scrubs are required

Must have an accredited nursing degree through either the ACEN or CCNE to be considered.
