Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience is required from last 12 months.
Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Indiana license or compact license

ACLS (Required)
Vaccinations
COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license from any point in the past.
Traditional Med-Surg with some TCU( Transitional Care) patients.
Scrubs: Navy
Want someone who can read interpret monitors and does not need a monitor tech. Want someone skilled with medication drips.
Weekend and Holiday rotation: Yes.
Prefer 3+ years experience.
Tdap is required-expires every 10 years.
