Shift Notes: Two weekend shifts per pay period''

First to Float - Floats to the ICU and/or CVICU preferred so basic critical care skills - Arterial lines, sheath pulls

Acute Care RN for patients undergoing Cardiovascular services, surgical services

Required skills and minimum years of experience: Minimum 1 year PCU experience. EKG knowledge skills - IV Cardiac Medication administration. Peritoneal Dialysis, Chronic Vents, Chest Tubes, Epidural Catheters, PCA pumps, Transvenous pacing, Arterial or Venous Sheath pulling/care.

1 RN to 3-4 PCU patients depending on acuity.

Dress Code: Scrubs, no black/camo. Business appropriate hair color

• Fast paced cardiac and cardiac surgery care; patients from cath lab w or w/o intervention, or 2-3 days PO open heart surgery. STEMI and NSTEMI, Also chronic vents, Alcohol withdrawal, suicidal ideation, New BiPAP or CPAP patients, Thorocotomies, Renal disease.
