Experience

24 months of role experience is required from last 3 months.

24 months of Progressive Care Unit experience is required from last 3 months.

6 months of experience with Epic is required from last 12 months.

License

Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license

RNs only - Must have have graduated from an accredited nursing school.

RNs only- Will draw own labs- must have 2+ years or recent experience in drawing blood

RTO due at time of submission

Solid black scrubs are required

Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing is required.

Cardiac Progressive Care/Tele unit that specializes in CHF

Ratios are typically 1/4 but can go up to 5

RN’s MUST be able to draw blood and start IVs.

Proficient in heparin drips and administering blood products. Proficient in EKG interpretations and rhythm changes
