Travel Nurse (RN) - Medical Surgical Unit

Additional Details:

A minimum of 12 months acute care experience in the United States is required. Unit experience must include 12 continuous months.

Every other weekend

No on call requirements

GH Bi-weekly: 72

Medical, surgical, and PEDS experience

Scope of role: Medical patients with Heparin drips, managing diabetic patients, wounds, COPD and pneumonia patients and patients with fistulas needing dialysis(DIALYSIS not done on the unit by MS nurses) surgical patients: colectomies, orthopedic cases and podiatry cases as well AS GYN and general surgery patients. Pediatric patients

Candidate may be asked to float to other units in the hospital not to take a team but assist as needed with IV’s, or other patient care needs.
