Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Travel experience is required from any number of months.
Preferred 12 months of Neonatal Intensive Care Unit experience.
Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Unit Details: Beds: 39 – MICU, SICU, CICU, TICU – mixed unit

Preferred Skills/Experience: 2 Years Of ICU Experience Excluding Travel Experience, Impella, IABP and CRRT

Previous Employment Requirements: Permanent staff must wait 1 year before returning as a traveler

Floating Requirements: ICU RN qualified to float to ED

Required Skills/Experience: Experience with IV medications (vasopressors, sedation, paralytics), hemodynamic lines, proning, ventilator management, telemetry, strong critical thinking and assessment skills, working well in team setting, comfortable in fast pace setting with all critical patients.

Technology Used on Unit: Alaris- (Will be switching to Baxter Pumps by October)

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend rotation: Every other-but not guaranteed

Parking: Free

Special Requests: No RTO during Sturgis Bike Rally (first 3 weeks in August every year)
