Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

24 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience is preferred with some in the last 24 months.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license

Additional Details:

Can no longer accommodate travel pairs or trios.

TMC orientation is held twice a month. Upcoming orientation dates are 5/19/2025, 6/2/2025, and 6/16/2025.

Exp w/ impella, balloon pump, & vents required

Weekend coverage every 5-6 wks

Call covers Stroke & STEMI (CCL & IR)

IR exp strongly preferred

Patient Age Groups: Neonates, Adolescents, Infants, Adults, Pediatrics, Geriatrics

Weeknight Call: One weeknight call per week 1730-0700

Special Procedures/Unit Details:

Impella and IABP - Required
Temporary Pacemaker - Required
Rotablator - Required
Insertion/Programming of AICDs - Required

RTO: No holidays.

Blocked Scheduling: Blocked scheduling will not be accommodated. Please do not submit travelers who have this as a dealbreaker for them.

Work History that includes any Tucson Medical Center locations will have to be sent over to TMC’s HR for rehire status approval
