Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
3 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.
24 months of Physical Therapy experience is required with some in the last 24 months.
DPT completion preferred
Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Required Skills & Experience: Must have Inpatient and Outpatient Experience. Must have at least one year of Peds PT experience if working in Peds.
