Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Cardiac Transitional Care Unit experience within the past 4 years.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a West Virginia license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

ACLS (Required)

NIHSS (Required)

Vaccinations

COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Previous Employment Requirements: Previous perm staff must be gone for 2 years before they are eligible to return in a traveler capacity. No exceptions.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Cardiac experience would be preferred

Required Credentials: Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: cumulative experience applies for previous travelers.

If candidate worked a perm facility in the last 12 months, 1 reference must be from perm facility.

Any license hits must be disclosed at time of submission

Special Requests: Allow block scheduling.
