Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 24 months of Intensive Care Unit experience within the past 4 years.
References
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Nebraska license or compact license
Certifications

Vaccinations

Required Skills/Experience: Annual Skills Checklist is required for submission and can't expire during the expected contract dates.

Required Credentials:

• RN's - Pass/Fail exam on Wednesdays during orientation. Open book exam on skills learned - they are given all necessary resources to pass. Must receive a 90% to pass or they will be terminated

• Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.

• Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility.

Special Requests:

• Will not approve blocked scheduling unless it's weekends only, I can ask.

• They also will not take duos that want same schedule.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Holiday requirements: Minimum of 2 holidays that fall within contract time frame.

• Weekend Requirements: Every other

Floating Requirements: Typically PCU, occasionally MedSurg- will take same ratio of patients typically assigned on these units (1:4 or 1:5)
