Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

12 months of Oncology Unit experience is required from last 12 months.

3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license

Additional Details:

Must have at least 9 months of same unit experience in the past 12 months, no exceptions.

  Patient Ratios – office visit 10:1  Infusion: 6-8:1,  Fast Track 15-20:1 (lab draws)

Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

· Oncology chemo certified

Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.

· Bone Marrow Transplant

· High dose chemotherapy preperative regimens, stem cell and IECT infusion and monitoring

Floating Area(s):

· Inpatient Bone Marrow transplant unit, Inpatient Blood Cancer Unit

Dress Code:

· Scrub Color/Attire - Navy Blue

Weekends and On call(if any)

· Weekends rotation required- clinic is open 7 days per week
