Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience with 12 months within the past 3 years.

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must have a Minnesota license

Additional Details:

Required Skills and Experience: 2 years OB/L&D experience. Able to work in Labor, PP, Nursery and Peds.

Shift & Scheduling Requirements: D/N rotate. Every 3rd weekend and rotating holidays. Will assist in filling schedule vacancies related to staff onboarding, vacancies, and staff on FMLA.

Floating Requirements: Tele, MS in the event it is needed. (per union contract, travelers are first to float)

References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.
