Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

12 months of Infusion Center experience is required.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Oregon license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

ACLS (Required)

IV Therapy Certification (Preferred)

OCN (Preferred)

Vaccinations

COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Preferred Skills / Experience: PICC and midline proficiency, Chemotherapy experience

Types of Patients on Unit: Care of patients with cancer, autoimmune diseases, infections and more. We provide expert care to the patients and all of their infusion needs

Special Requirements: Preference given to candidate with current ONS/ONCC provider card

Preference given to candidate with PIV and CVAD access experience
