Requirements

Experience

18 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

12 months of Emergency Department experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

ADN completion required

Experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

A minimum of 1 year acute care experience is required to work in acute care facilities. The following are considered acute care facilities: Hospital (General Acute Care as well as Psychiatric, Specialized and Rehabilitation Hospitals, and Long Term Acute Care or LTAC), and Ambulatory Care Facilities.

RNs Only - All RNs are required to complete a Cardiac Exam during onboarding. RNs are allowed two attempts and must achieve a minimum score of 80% to pass prior to clearance. ICU and ED RNs will also be required to take an on-site test in addition to the online pre-test.

Holidays - As required

Please submit only minimal RTO

Every Other Weekend required

Must be willing to float to other units and hospitals.

Will accept 36 or 48 hours per week.

Patient Population: All age groups

Patient Ratio: Ranges from 1/1 with our critical/trauma patients to 1/3-4 on all other patients.

TNCC - Can be secured on site

Experience: Will consider 18 months of experience, working under the highest level of professional license, and must have 1 year of experience in the field of specialty.
