Special Requests: May request one holiday off per assignment and are expected to work every other holiday.

• Shift & Scheduling:
• With a limit of 3 Fridays or Mondays off in a 6 week schedule
• Call Requirements: on average every 6-7 day, rotating weekend call, there are also scheduled out late shifts that are not call but designated to stay late if needed
• Weekends: On Request
• Holidays: Rotating
• Contract Duration – 13-26 weeks

Required Skills/Experience: 1 year+ General - Urology, Gyn, Ortho; General Surgery which includs Urology and GYN as well, they need experience with DaVinci Xi and we perform general surgery and urology and GYN surgeries on the robot as well. Ortho surgery including scopes and arthroplasty, needs experience with Hana Table, Arthrex tower and Beach Chair positioning

Equipment Used on Unit: DaVinci Xi, robot, Hana Table, Arthrex tower, Beach Chair

Required Credentials: Must have either Social Security Card/Driver’s License
