Travel Nurse (RN) - Cardiovascular Operating Room

Additional Details:

Required skills and experience: All 3s and 4s for cardiac and vascular procedures; Strong endovascular experience. Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.

Preferred skills and experience: Prefers Neurosurg, Surg Onc, and Robotics exp.

Shift & schedule requirements: Call required: 48-60 hours every 4-week period – weekend call is required - They can choose to sign up for calls on their day off (which I never allow my Nurse Manager who manages the schedule to do because I think staff should be off when they are off) or on the day they work knowing that we rarely keep anyone on call for the entire 12-hour shift. If it is deemed that we may need to keep someone on call because a member of staff calls out, we have a discussion with them and offer them the opportunity to get off early to get rest and allow them to leave early in the morning. We have 2 on-call rooms that can be utilized by staff when they are on call. Available start dates: Every Monday

Floating requirements: CLN is expected to float to General OR if needed
