Travel Nurse (RN) - Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit

Additional Details:

Types of Patients on Unit: Mostly medical- Pneumonia, COPD, Radiation pts, AKI, occasional lap chole, appy, etc.

Equipment Used on Unit: Bipap, stable trach.

Unit/Facility Details: # of Beds: 90- double occupancy beds.

Special Requests: Block scheduling can not be guaranteed.If you require an interview with the manager, please make a note of it in your special requests. 36-hour guarantees only (no 48s) – can pick up additional shifts, Travel pairs cannot request the same schedule, Cannot have an employment gap in the past 4+ months. Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. Experience Requirement: Floating experience does not count toward experience requirement. Correctional facility experience does not count toward experience requirement.

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend Requirement: Every other. Holiday Requirement: Typically 2/3 holidays. Call or a Standby requirement: Low Census On Call.

Floating Requirements: MedSurg, stable low acuity in ICU, RDU and Foothills clinic RDU
