Requirements

Experience

36 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is required from last 12 months.

24 months of Cardiovascular Operating Room experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

BSN completion required

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a California license

BLS (Required)

ACLS (Preferred)

CNOR (Preferred)

Required Skills/Experience: Cardiac experience; Ability to Scrub & Circulate Cardiac, Vascular, and Thoracic procedures; Strong general surgery & abdominal transplant skills; Charge Experience; Teaching Hospital experience

Preferred Skills/Experience: Unit specializes in Neuro-Crani, Spine/Ortho, GS/GU, GYN, Transplant, Vascular, Thoracic and Robotic services

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend; Number of Weekend Shifts Per Contract: variable but likely once per month
