Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

36 months of Acute Care Float Pool experience is required.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license

Additional Details:

Shift: Days 7a-7pm & Nights 7p - 7a

The float pool staff nurse will provide direct patient care in a variety of acute care settings, including medical-surgical, critical care, progressive care, and the emergency department.

The float pool nurse is required to travel to all areas of the health system including the critical access hospitals (Adena Regional, Adena Pike, Adena Greenfield, and Adena Fayette).
