Additional Details:
Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.
Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: The facility may make one off exceptions if previously employed at the facility, but exceptions must be approved by St. Luke’s Health System.
Unit/Facility Details:
• MedSurg: 7 units across all facilities (7 medsurg units – 1 in Nampa, 2 in Meridian, and 4 in Boise)
• All hospitals are about 20 minutes apart, all are right off the interstate, safe parking available at all locations
Special Requests:
• No self-scheduling. We try to block schedule but cannot guarantee it.
• Most people ask about where they should live- Meridian Medical Center is central to all locations.
Shift & Scheduling:
• Weekends as needed.
• Weekend Requirements: Every other
• Holiday Requirements: Will fill in if there is a need
• Call or standby requirement: No
Floating Requirements: RNs will only float within their specialty, will not float outside of scope. Can be floated to any facility in the region: Boise, Meridian, and Nampa, within specialty and/or to be a 1:1 sitter in any area.).
