Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience within the past 12 months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a North Carolina license or compact license

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: A minimum of 1 year acute care experience is required to work in acute care facilities. The following are considered acute care facilities: Hospital (General Acute Care as well as Psychiatric, Specialized and Rehabilitation Hospitals, and Long Term Acute Care or LTAC), and Ambulatory Care Facilities.

Types of Patients on Unit: Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: Adult; Geriatric.

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: Common Diagnosis/Treatment: fx, copd, htn, CP, chf, inf.

Unit/Facility Details: Number of beds: 39

Shift & Scheduling: Weekends: Every Other.

Float Requirements: Weekends.
