Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required from last 3 years.

Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.

12 months of Infusion Center experience is required from last 12 months.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must have a Maryland license or compact license

Additional Details:

Ambulatory Onc Infusion Nurse

Experience: Oncology infusion experience

Preferred: AED certified; Experience with Epic/Beacon

Must be very proficient at IV insertions and have ambulatory oncology experience with chemotherapy administration.

Skills Required: peripheral intravenous insertion skills, peripheral blood drawing skills. Nurses must have skills in accessing, maintaining and de-accessing central lines, and through assessment skills for a variety of medical conditions with ability to provide ongoing patient education.

(5) 8 hour shifts and (4) 10 hour shift contracts. Monday to Friday.
